This pill box is equivalent to another with a sloped front (Four-a-day, Weekly, One Day At a Time, Medication Organizer - Large (Clear) that I've used for a year. About the same size and idea. I like this model because the letters are molded into the lids, so I don't need (and can't) put scotch tape over the letters so they don't wear off by touching them. I find the compartments easier to open. The lids open from the left hand when the letters are facing me. The day boxes slip back into their bays without tabs to arrange. I use two such weekly boxes to arrange pills by the week by making marks on the front of the carrier for alternating days that certain pills are used.
