There are 2 height sets on the stand that you can adjust the height by full-extension ball-bearing system.

Cabinet organizer dimensions measure 15½" Wide x 21½" Depth x 15" Height. Fits 16" cabinet openings, 22" depth, 16" height and larger. Do not include hinges when measuring.

Easy installation. After screwing 4 rails into the bracket, lined up the brackets with the holes and screwed them right in, fix slippery course shell, then embedded basket.

These racks make storage so much easier to access, not to mention help keep things organized.It was easy to install - it took me about 15 minutes. One extra nice thing that isn’t obvious is that the top and bottom racks can be adjusted up and down a few inches when assembling them. There are screw holes that allow you to have more or less space on the top or bottom row depending on what you want to store and the size of your cabinets.It is extremely sturdy and includes screws to mount to the back wall of the cabinet in addition to mounting to the bottom of the cabinet. The rails don’t stick at all - they glide like butter even with heavy objects on them!I 100% recommend for anyone who wants to make storage easier to reach in cabinets. These are well made and 100% worth the money.
