I thought it would be big enough to hold the regular size spice bottles for one. It does go into my cabinent because there is a lip.This is by far the most useful thing I have gotten. It added 6 extra storage spaces for commonly used spices in a completely unused space. It looks good and is very secure, just from the mechanical attachment to the shelf by pinching it alone.Love how functional this is and how it comes with a 3m strip to make sure it is stable.This is a really cool product it slipped right onto the shelf no need to adhere to the shelf and it holds spices and it does give me a little bit more room
