I was really looking forward to receiving this item to store some trinkets. Imagine my disappointed when it arrived with one of the drawers broke. I could tell something was wrong by the sound of something loose when I picked up the package.This item should have been better packaged. Some bubble wrap and poofed up plastic didn't cut it. I received an item made of similar material and all was in tact, no doubt because of the packaging.I also wasnt amused by the agent who "assisted" me with procesaing my refund (eventually!), not without making one or two smart comments to which I had to snap back about the less than desirable packaging. If only the first agent I was put to didn't get disconnected. The difference good customer service makes!I hardly if ever have any issues with packaging but this is one of those times.Kool item if it arrives in one piece! I also wasn't fond of the space at the top of the drawers, although the photos do reflect that - just that I assumed they were open.I've had mine for well over a year, and I love it! I like the size of it, and I like that you can see at least some of what is in there. I just got another one this week, and am trying to figure what to put in it. I will not be stacking them, so don't have any info on that. Them not closing all the way has not bothered me; I have not noticed dust or anything getting inside. I really like how these hold lots of little stuff that would be all over the place otherwise! They are sturdy. Kind of just right in so many ways, and that's a bit hard to find! I definitely recommend them if you can use something their size!I’ve been doing an office cleanse, including getting rid of my ancient, bulky office desk. The move to a stripped-down, standup workstation has been fantastic but has left me without drawers for my little office supplies. I wanted to have something within arms reach of my standup desk and came across this organizer. I’ve loved being able to build what fits my needs rather than adapting to someone else’s idea. At this point I have four separate cubes and may add a couple more, possibly a single drawer and another 4-drawer cube. Aside from my satisfaction with the cubes themselves, I have to make a special point in saying how great the company was in working with me. When you order through Amazon, each cube comes with one black, metal clip that holds the cubes together. These work great but having one limits me from connecting the cubes both vertically and horizontally. I made a quick phone call to Deflecto and within 1 minute was connected to a real person, who quickly and kindly took my information and sent out a half dozen more clips at no expense to me! That’s how you win customer loyalty! And considering I’ve hardly ever left a review on the hundreds of products I’ve ordered through Amazon over the years, this should tell you something about their customer service.I discovered these cubes through one of my favorite youtubers and loved how organized her pen collection looks. So, I bought the 2 drawer cube, crossed divided cube ( and have two 4 drawer cubes coming).Before having these cubes, I used old candle jars to store my pens, markers, and colored pencils. Not only were the colors of the pens difficult to see, but it looked so unorganized and aesthetically unpleasing.What I like about these cubes:* There are a variety of different cubes to fit a persons needs. There are options of having a large open cube, open cube, divided cube, cross divided cube, 1 drawer, 2 drawer, and 4 drawers depending on what you're planning on storing.* Store the cubes together or separate. Each cube comes with a black metal clasp that holds them together. you can position the cubes in a layout that fits for you.* Organization! With a variety of cubes, I can organize all of my stationary with room for more.Cons:* So far, nothing. Ill edit my review if i find something.I was looking for an affordable way to store my writing supplies and this is perfect. I love that my pens and markers will lay flat so they won’t dry out because of how these are designed. It has little cut outs and comes with this black connector piece that allows you stack different cubes and lock them in place. My only complaints and the reason why this is a 5 star item for me is the quality of the plastic, my first cube arrived with a big chip in it; the plastic is very cheap. The other complaint and it’s probably me just being picky but I wish it they were see-through all over. Lastly, because the bottom of the drawers are curved, not all my pens fit in there correctly. Other than that, these stackable serve their purpose.I really like that these are stackable with others like it, including other cubes by the same brand. My biggest issue was the durability; mine came cracked, and continued to deteriorate over the next year. Additionally, the included magnets don’t fit on the cubes. It’s a good idea, but bad execution. Otherwise, these store a surprisingly large amount of pens, pencils, highlighters, etc. I have used mine for many different things, and have no other complaints.Bought these for our supply cabinet at our work office and they work great!I ordered 2 2 drawer versions of this cube specifically. Instead I received 1 2 drawled version and 1 4 drawer version! Also why on earth do the draws not close all the way?? Not worth the risk of getting something different from what you ordered and definitely not worth the damn money!!Love these cubes. Stack well together. Great quality. Would buy againArrived in time and as described. Would buy again.Ich bin von den Deflecto Cubes sehr begeistert! Ich habe sie in mein Ikea Expedit Regal gestellt und das passt hervorragend. Rechts und oben bleiben ca. 3 cm frei, aber ich nutze diese, um dort schmale Gegenstände zu platzieren. Die Schubladen finde ich extrem praktisch. Allerdings vergebe ich nur 4 von 5 Sternen, da sie nicht schließen. Man kann es als Vorteil sehen, wenn ein Gegenstand nicht ganz reinpasst und dann oben rausgucken kann oder man einen Gegenstand einfach durch den Spalt in die Lade plumpsen lassen kann, ohne diese extra zu öffnen. Aber Staub usw. kann dadurch ebenfalls ungehindert eindringen. Das ist wahrscheinlich nicht jedermanns Sache.Schwer empfehlen kann ich die Deflecto Cubes für Stifte (5 von 5 Sternen). Ich verwende sie für Distress Marker, Zig Brushes und Copic Sketch Stifte und bin sehr zufrieden. Die schwarzen Manschetten halten die einzelnen Boxen zusammen. Es war für mich sehr schwer die Clips anzubringen und musste sie mit einer Zange auseinanderdrücken, aber dafür halten sie echt gut. Leider ist pro Box nur ein Clip dabei, was ich als wenig empfinde. Aber für Viererkombis passt es perfekt.Man kann die Trennbrettchen im Cube herausnehmen und einfach in einen anderen Cube einsetzen. Der Grundcube ist nämlich gleich. Im Praxtistest heißt das: Ich möchte die Schubladen lieber in einem anderen Cube, weil sie dort besser passen und dafür die Stifte in den Schubladencube wechseln. Kein Problem, einfach die Schubladen und Trennbrettchen rausnehmen und tauschen. Das ist ein Riesenvorteil, wenn man die Cubes zu einem System zusammengebaut hat.Alles in allem bin ich also extrem begeistert und möchte die Cubes auf keinen Fall mehr missen! Danke deflecto für ein ausgeklügeltes, praktikables System!Nachtrag: Als ich jüngst meine ganzen Copics mitnehmen wollte für eine Fortbildung, habe ich einfach die Viererkombi mit samt den Copics aus dem Regal gezogen und in den kleinen Trolley gelegt, oben und unten noch mit Kleidung ausgepolstert und ab ging die Post. Dort angekommen einfach das Mini-Cube-Regal auf den Tisch gestellt und ich konnte in einer fremden Umgebung arbeiten wie Zuhause am Schreibtisch. Kurzum: mobil sind sie auch!Definitivamente pediré más de estos organizadores. Me ayudan bastante a tener a la mano lo que necesito a la hora de la creatividad. Se pueden ensamblar unos con otros por debajo y por los lados, por lo que puedes acomodarlos a tu gusto y espacio. Vienen totalmente transparentes, se ven muy chulos y se sienten muy resistentes, lo que se agradece, ya que en mercado hay parecidos pero súper frágiles. Tengo mis Copic, mis Tombow y mis Prismacolor
