My rating for this product is 5 stars for the following reasons:1. The product is made of durable plastic quality and doesn't have the feeling of being cheaply made. That is not the norm these days when buying anything that is plastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the plastic.2. It fits perfectly in my "pantry" cabinet. I don't have a walk-in pantry, so I have to use my kitchen cabinets as my pantry. The 11-inch depth of the bin fits perfect in my cabinet. The 11.5-inch depth would not have worked (regarding other InterDesign products).3. At first I thought it may not be wide enough to hold the packets, but I was able to make it work. It fits snug, but it does work. Instead of having individually bought gravy packets, seasoning packets, and drink packets stacked in the cabinet, I'm able to have the nicely organized.I'm a big fan of InterDesign now and plan to buy more of their products they have for pantry and refrigerator organization.Suggest you measure where you plan to use this and what you plan to put in it before you buy though to make sure it works for you and you are happy with the purchase.
