First off, I was sent a USED one - so needless to say it was returned. I didn't bother getting a new one for fear that I would just get another used one sent to me.The product assembles very easily. It's the push buttons that slide into the rods and then pop out to hold it in place. There are holes where the basets would insert into to hold it in place. The over the door part was slim and seemed like it would fit over any door. Then there are rubber stoppers that you put on the end of each rod to keep the unit from scratching your door and it seems like it would also keep it in place.The baskets all seemed good sizes and like they could hold quite a bit of stuff in it. I cannot vouch for how much stuff I could fit because the unit I was sent was used - so I did not try it out.The unit did seem like it might be a little bit unsturdy, I did attach it to the back of my door and it seemed to wobble fairly easily when I pushed up against it. So I'm not entirely sure how sturdy it would be in the long run.The baskets are also a little bit bulkier than I anticipated. They stuck out about 5-6in off the back of the door, so if the door you are planning on using this on has a wall right by it at a 90 degree angle, then this unit will stop the door from opening fully up. I knew this going in that I would not be able to open the door the entire way, I just didn't anticipate it being quite as wide as what it was.Overall, I think this would be a decent unit if you are looking to store some items in a bathroom or closet and do not need to worry about the sturdiness of it.I will continue to look for something that will work for my bathroom. However, I will stay far far away from the seller I bought this from. I did get all of my money back and they paid for the return, but it was still a hassle to be sent a used item, contact the seller, then repackage it back up, and go to the UPS store to send it off.Love this product. It is easy to put together, economical, fits easily on back of pantry door. Looks nice, so you aren't embarrassed to leave the door open. Holds alot of stuff! Now, I can easily find my teas, hot chocolates, coffee filters , etc, and even holds a roll of parchment paper ( I did not think it would be wide enough). I did not put any heavy items in it, so don't know how it would be for that, but I love the cnvenience of having these items easily accessable and not having to reach into the dark pantry closet and fish around for smaller items. The only thing I did to modify it , was to put several layers of double sided tape behind the part that slips over the top of the door, since it was made to fit a wider door, it would wobble and slide around, but the double sided tape to pad it did the strick, not it iw much more stable. The bottom does have a little play when you open and close the door, but as long as you don't get crazy and slam it with speed or jerk it open, I don't have a problem. I am quite happy with this product, and am considering getting one for the bathroom..for extra storage of things there.It was really easy to assemble and the baskets are large enough to store quite a bit of stuff, whether it's in the bathroom or pantry or wherever else, BUT it is really bulky. I think I've run into almost every time I've walked into the bathroom. Then I moved it to the master bedroom's closet door and manage to continue to walk into it. I suppose if you're going to have it hanging from a door that is far enough away from heavy foot traffic then it's not a problem but in my case it just doesn't work for me. It does stick out a big from the back of the door so space is definitely needed when walking past it or through a small doorway near the rack.Received promptly with Amazon prime. Installed in minutes. Filled with bathroom supplies to free up linen closet. Tall bottom baskets (full surround) hold shampoo bottles, hairspray, mousse, etc. All handy,organized and easy to see when opening the bathroom linen closet. I recommend this sturdy organizer!Added 1/28/13 Organizer still in use. There are 5 baskets total: 2 lower baskets: 16" long, 5-3/4" wide, and 5-1/2" tall. There is 6" between the two bottom tiers of baskets. So adding the height of the basket and space inbetween, you could easily put in a bottle that was a little over 10" high.There are 3 baskets to the top separated by 4-1/2". Smaller baskets are same length and width, but shorter at 2-1/4" tall, allowing up to 6" tall,to be stored. Hope this helps!Using this as a shower caddy in our stand up shower. the only complaint that i have is the hooks that go over the door are only held on by two plastic caps and i worry about them coming off. I hope they find a better way of making it hook over the door.I've been using this in the shower. My wife has a large variety of lotions and potions she likes to use, and tends to buy the large bottles to save money. Most shower caddies either didn't have enough space to hold all the bottles or weren't deep enough that they would clear the next shelf, but this gives both of us plenty of room. It's been in there for a few months now, and I've not seen any sign of rust problems.Perfect it was exactly what I wanted. So easy to put together. By the time I finished with shiping charges ect. I paid to much. Go standard delivery. Worth the wait I can store everything I need in the bathroom I need and not worry if the rack could support the weight. And it made my small bathroom look so neatI do not like the fact that I have to hang it on the front side of the door. I bought it hoping that I could hang it on the backside of my bathroom door.It is a shorter rack which what I needed. It is good for holding small things and light things. On the back of pantry door I put in things like jello, straws, ramen noodles, popcorn seasoning, sandwich bags, Saran Wrap; all those smaller items that get lost in the pantry or fall off the shelves while you are pulling out something else
