I should say this as a summary statement but I'll say it now because it's foremost in my mind. I'm glad I paid only $22.49 for this organizer. This thing looks as if it was made 15 or 20 years ago when LCD was all the rage. It may have been built more recent than that but the design is pre 2K maybe even before 1990. The construction itself is sound enough it's just the archaic design. Data entry is most time consuming and doing so is very clumsy due the fact that sometimes one must press two keys simultaneously. I have large fingers so this is difficult. If I had had the opportunity to see and try this organizer in a store I would not have bought it. That's a big problem with Internet shopping. The company I bought it from seems to be reputable enough with a near perfect rating and I'm sure I could probably return it but that's more trouble than its worth. I'm just glad I didn't spend more money.I got this device to be used as an address book and birthday reminder. It just doesn't fit the bill. The screen does not have enough lines to view the entire address and no designated place to mark a birthday. Worth a try for the price but I would not recommend this product for this use.Fits multiple orders poorly looking for support for a refund...Convenient information source that fits in your pocket. I really like these PDAs. No, they aren't computers yet - but if you need convenience this is a good one to purchase. Sharp is an old hand at making them and this is a good model. It will take some getting used to but once you master it the information will be available in a handy format.Product as described. But had to put a battery in it. It didn't have one. Don't know if was supposed to have one or not. Never said. Little surprised of that.Battery was dead, I had replacement on hand. Display is unreadable. Instructions are too small to read, I downloaded better ones, But not explained at all well. Total disappointment and waste of money,I returned it. The display was difficult for me to read. The data entry was awkward.Simple to the point and probably won't raise up to enslave the the human race.
